Mininavident AG, in Liestal, developer and manufacturer of the world’s smallest dynamic navigation system for dental implant placement, was acquired by the Straumann Group, a global leader in tooth replacement, orthodontic solutions and adjacent dental technologies. VISCHER advised Mininavident AG on all legal issues related to the transaction.
