MegaCAD GmbH acquires Bausoft Informatik AG, a leading Swiss software manufacturer for building engineering services. Bausoft Informatik AG has been developing and selling CAD solutions for the sanitary, heating, ventilation and plumbing trade since 1994. In addition to the development and distribution of Haustech CAD, Bausoft Informatik AG has specialised in the photorealistic visualisation of bathrooms with the ViSoft planning program.
