MCH Group AG increases equity capital by CHF 40 million

VISCHER Ltd supports MCH Group AG, in Basel, in connection with the increase of the equity capital by CHF 40 million through issuance of new shares.

The new registered shares are offered to the shareholders of MCH Group AG by respecting their subscription rights. Zürcher Kantonalbank is Lead Manager of this capital increase.

The capital increase is initiated because of the new exhibition hall project of MCH Messe Schweiz (Basel) AG in Basel.
