MCAM Symalit acquires Recycling Activities from Minger Kunststofftechnik

MCAM Symalit AG, Lenzburg, a group company of the Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials group, a leading global manufacturer of high-performance materials, takes over all Recycling related activities and assets, current agreements with customers and suppliers as well as all employees of Minger Kunststofftechnik AG, Appenzell. The transaction was closed on March 31, 2020.
