MCAM Group sells Polish and Hungarian Distribution Activities to Vink

Group companies of Vink Holdings Ltd. (Vink), the largest European distributor of plastic shapes, have taken over all distribution activities of MCAM in Poland and Hungary by buying the Polish distribution company and all Hungarian distribution activities from group companies of Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials AG, a leading global manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic materials in the form of semi-finished products and finished parts. The transaction was closed on March 1, 2021.
