IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) has entered into a definitive agreement with SK Telecom and id Quantique (IDQ), a global leader in quantum-safe networks and sensors headquartered in Geneva (Switzerland) with offices in Seoul (South Korea), Vienna (Austria) and Boston (USA), to acquire a majority stake in id Quantique (IDQ) by way of an equity transaction.
VISCHER advises id Quantique SA and the minority shareholders (founders) on this transaction, with Damien Conus (Corporate/M&A) and the Geneva team.
