Herbonis sold to Innov Ad

Innov Ad N.V., a leading provider of animal nutrition and health solutions, acquired its Swiss competitor Herbonis AG and its subsidiaries in Switzerland, France and the UK. Herbonis specializes in producing natural solutions for animal nutrition and is a leading provider of specialty feed ingredients based on active herbal origin material. The transaction closed on 23 May 2023.
