Genedata AG (“Genedata”), a leading provider of software solutions for biopharmaceutical research and development, has been acquired by Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) (“Danaher”), a leading global innovator in life sciences and diagnostics. Genedata will operate as a stand-alone company and brand within Danaher's Life Sciences segment. Genedata's offerings complement Danaher's comprehensive workflow solutions that help accelerate the discovery, development and manufacturing of important new therapeutics.
VISCHER provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the sellers in this transaction.
