credentis acquired by vVardis

vVardis – the recently launched personal oral care brand by Dres Abivardi – has acquired credentis. The dental products of credentis are based on the patented CUROLOX® technology involving peptides self-assembling into a 3-dimensional matrix, triggering biomimetic mineralisation and repair from calcium, phosphate and fluoride. For the shareholders of credentis (mostly business angels) this sale represents a successful exit. VISCHER has been advising credentis since 2010 in all financing rounds and strategic partnerships and assisted credentis and its shareholders also in this sale concluding a decade long collaboration. The team was led by Matthias Staehelin with Pauline Pfirter (both Corporate) and Nadia Tarolli (Tax).
