ASTORG acquires majority stake in AutoForm Group

On July 22, 2016, ASTORG acquired a majority stake in the Swiss based AutoForm Group from its founder. AutoForm Group is a leading provider of software solutions for the design and sheet metal forming simulation. ASTORG is one of the most successful independent private equity companies in Europe.
