Sie hat umfangreiche Erfahrung in streitigen Angelegenheiten und vertritt regelmässig die Interessen ihrer Klienten vor staatlichen Gerichten und Behörden, insbesondere bezüglich Kündigungen, Vergütung, Bonus und Konkurrenzverbotsklauseln. Anela Lucic berät Arbeitgeber unter anderem bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsverträgen und Personalreglementen sowie in den Bereichen Datenschutz, Entsendung und Personalverleih. Zudem begleitet sie Unternehmen regelmässig in sämtlichen arbeitsrechtlichen Aspekten von Reorganisationen oder Transaktionen, namentlich bei Massenentlassungen und Betriebsübergängen. Daneben hat Anela Lucic Erfahrung in der Vertretung geschädigter Parteien im Strafverfahren.

Anela Lucic ist seit 2014 als Anwältin zugelassen und im Anwaltsregister des Kantons Basel-Stadt eingetragen. Sie verfügt über Abschlüsse der Universität Basel und den Titel Fachanwältin SAV Arbeitsrecht. Dieser Titel steht für eine spezialisierte Praxiserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht sowie in zusammenhängenden Rechtsgebieten und wird vom Schweizerischen Anwaltsverband (SAV) nach erfolgreichem Absolvieren einer intensiven Weiterbildung erteilt. Bevor sie 2014 als Anwältin zu VISCHER stiess, arbeitete sie in diversen Funktionen an der Universität Basel und absolvierte verschiedene juristische Volontariate. Im Jahr 2019 rundete sie ihr Profil mit einem Secondment im Arbeitsrechtsteam einer international führenden Kanzlei in London ab.

Neben ihrer anwaltlichen Tätigkeit publiziert und referiert Anela Lucic regelmässig im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und ist in diversen berufsbezogenen Vereinigungen tätig.
