Nadia Tarolli Schmidt heads up the Basel office of VISCHER’s tax team. She advises companies and private individuals on all matters pertaining to Swiss tax law – both in the national and international environment and also in criminal tax law. She can draw on over ten years’ experience in topics such as restructurings, relocations and succession planning.
The know how she has gained from her previous work at the Swiss Bankers Association is regularly brought to bear in banking and finance issues and in the advice she provides to banking clients. With regard to the latter, clients particularly appreciate the experience she has with US tax aspects. Because questions about occupational pensions are often associated with tax aspects attorney Schmidt also heads up the VISCHER Occupational pension funds team, which advises both pension funds and the insured.
